Informed choice

Health freedom

The organizations I help lead or advise, with my role and dates for each. Their positions are theirs; this page states only what I do.

The principle is informed consent: medical decisions belong to patients and parents, and the rules that govern them should be made in public. Different organizations pursue that through state legislation, federal policy and international bodies.

Reading this table

My role in an organization is not an endorsement of every statement it publishes, and its statements are not mine. Stand for Health Freedom lists me among its emeritus leaders; the Global Wellness Forum and MAHA Action describe their own work on their sites.

Litigation

Stand for Health Freedom is a plaintiff in Thomas v. Monarez (D.D.C., filed August 15, 2025), a challenge to how the CDC’s childhood schedule is classified. I describe it in a Substack summary.
