Bioceuticals.AI: my role.
I am an advisor to Bioceuticals.AI. Dr. Sungchul Ji, who leads its science, is my father.
My role
I am an advisor to Bioceuticals.AI, a research venture. My role is advisory.
The family tie
Dr. Sungchul Ji is my father. I have written about him before, including an account of his recovery from a leg injury at 88.
What the venture says about itself
Bioceuticals.AI describes its mission as applying biophysical and medical discoveries, with AI, to validate frameworks in biology and medicine. Its leadership page profiles Dr. Ji, who, per the site, has taught theoretical cell biology and pharmacology at Rutgers University since 1982. His LinkedIn page lists him as Chief Scientific Officer since June 2023 and Professor Emeritus of Theoretical Cell Biology at Rutgers. The venture’s claims are its own.
